Saturday training is back at last! These sessions are all about getting in as much game play as possible! 1-3pm at SCSC (address at bottom of email) or meet at The Camel Puxi at 12 Midday. If there are 3 or more of you in a taxi (from any location), the club will reimburse you. 

Aine is running a 9 week fitness programme starting THIS week. She will be at Luwan Stadium at 8:15pm every Thursday. The session will last 45 minutes. These sessions are optional but a great way to get fit for the Asian Gaelic Games in Shanghai on October 24th!
