Dear Club Members,
The Shanghai Gaelic Football Club holds an Annual General Meeting once a year, to reflect on the past season and report on various items including games and events, coaching, sponsorship and club financials. This meeting provides the opportunity to address any motions, questions and nominations for the club committee in preparation for next year. Every single club member is highly encouraged to attend the AGM. This is your chance to participate as an active decision maker of our club’s future.
Time and Date: This year’s AGM will be held on Friday December 2nd at 7pm, directly before our club Christmas Party. Venue TBD.
Motions: Any motions you’d like to be addressed at the AGM should be sent to the club secretary, Jane Hsu Southwick, by Sunday November 27th.
Nominations: Every year the club relies on new club members to step up and join our club committee. It is with your energy and ideas that the club is able to continue thriving. If you wish to nominate yourself or a friend for the Club Committee, please feel free to contact any committee member with nominations.

You are invited to the Shanghai Gaelic Football Club’s Annual Christmas Party! Enjoy a Christmas dinner buffet from 8-9 pm, followed by an hour of free flow beer and wine from 9-10 pm! Club Awards will follow in the evening. RSVP before Sunday December 27th, 2016 to reserve your spot.
