As most of you will be aware, the club holds an Annual General Meeting once a year, to reflect on the past season and to report on various items including games and events, coaching, sponsorship and club financials. This meeting also provides the opportunity to address any motions, questions and nominations for the club committee in preparation for next year.
Please note, this year’s AGM will be held on Friday 4th December at 7pm, directly before our Club Christmas Party. Therefore, I ask that any motions you’d like to be addressed at the AGM be sent to me by Friday 20th November. If you have any other specific questions for the meeting, it is advised you send these through in advance. If you wish to nominate yourself or a friend for the Club Committee, please reply direct to this email or contact me or any committee member. We hope to cover all items and answer all questions whilst keeping to a reasonable time schedule as to not interfere too much with our Christmas celebrations.
