As you know there is a Welcome Reception to be held for the all Stars on Thursday evening. As a club we are honoured to have these guys come to Shanghai to play their exhibition game. Therefore it would be great if we could get as many people out as possible to the Welcome Reception. Having a good crowd present will reflect positively on our club.
Because we have to give the hotel numbers attending in advance – we need to sell these tickets prior to the event so that food and drink are not underestimated. This would not reflect well on the club in front of our guests. Therefore for this reason we will not be selling tickets at the door.
If you are interested in attending – can you please email shanghaiallstars2013@gmail.com by noon on Wednesday, 27th November. Your ticket for entry will secured and will then be available for pick up on Thursday evening.
